HOW TO RE-IGNITE THE MOJO IN YOUR BUSINESS.

So you started your business and it was rockin! And then…..for "some reason” it hit a flat spot.
Perhaps you’ve lost some mojo as well?
Are you ready to get your business back in full swing?
Check out these "easy to implement" ways that you can bring back the energy into your business so you can start achieving the results you want.

1) Restart your business.

It, doesn’t matter if you’ve been in the business for 5 years, 10 years, or 2 seconds.
Yes you can restart your business any time!
We suggest doing this in a 30 or 60 day increments.
We like to call it a Fast Track.
So, first and foremost, you need to decide and then commit to a restart.
Have a team of business partners? Bring them along too!

2) Allow yourself to be held accountable.

Let your team and mentors know what you’re doing. Get on a conference call or zoom video conference and tell them what you’re going to be doing as far as the restart goes.
Find out if others want to join you. Inject that mojo and excitement throughout your organization.
Be the leader. It starts with you to create that enthusiasm which in turn will start the activity to achieving results.
Your team is going to be watching what you’re doing, versus just listening to what you tell them to do so you definitely need to lead by example.
Tip: When you’re launching your “restart”,  commit to meeting with those who have bought in.
Meet at least once a week for an accountability call or video conference.
This time is for focusing on what was done the previous week, and what can be done better the next week.
Not for complaining.
Have an accountability check list.
Keep it all about the goals set the last week, accomplishments, training and goals for the next week

3) Team up with an accountability partner.

During your “restart” campaign, get an accountability partner to connect with DAILY.
Accountability must be tied to specific outcomes. We can't reach our destination if we don't know where we are going.
Knowing that we will check in with someone who is emotionally and energetically invested in our success, keeps us on track, even when things get hard. Select someone who is as committed as you are, has similar values, can be available when you are available, and is genuinely interested in helping you succeed. In addition, they must communicate in a way that is similar to you, and you must trust that they have your best interests at heart.
You want to make whatever you’re doing fun, and if there’s any way that you can create an entertaining game with it, you’re going to see some pretty amazing magic happen within your team and you’ll see that mojo kicking it.
