Thank you for stopping by. I love to share my live well journey here. I have found that when you are living well, you really do add life to your years. No one is guaranteed a long life and it seems pretty sad that most of us are not living the life God intended.
When we are not taking care of our health, we could find that we are literally taking valuable years away from ourselves. Not only that, we are taking the quality of life away. Living well means getting rest, exercise and ridding our bodies of the toxins that we put in every day. The more we understand what is going on with what we ingest the easier it is to make the changes that will lead us in the right direction.
My Live Well Journey.
When I finally reached 295 lbs, I knew it was time to rethink my lifestyle. I knew that I had to lose weight and that it would take a new relationship with food, exercise, and habits to lose the weight. I also realized that that living well meant more than eating well.
Living well means getting rest, exercise and ridding our bodies of the toxins that we put in every day. The more we understand what is going on with what we ingest the easier it is to make the changes that will lead us in the right direction.
Living Well also means Working Wise. When we live well we add more life to our years and when we work well, we add more time. Learning to work well means working less and enjoying more. Most people do not know how to have financial and time freedom much less personal freedom to do what they want and with whom.
When you learn to work wise you will find your life less stressful. Stress is the number one reason for people to be sick. Stress can bring on illness, fatigue, and feelings of anger. Learning how to work wise can help you to live well.
